The website is provided in 12 languages (Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, French, Indonesian, German, Spanish, Vietnamese, Thai, Russian, and Arabic). The 1330 Korea Travel Hotline provides information in 8 languages (Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Vietnamese, Thai, Malay/Indonesian) 24/7 all year round (8:00 a.m.~7:00 p.m. for Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa Melayu); text-chatting counseling services are also offered in 4 languages (Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese).
